The initial assessement is for you and the Hypnotherapist to get together and discuss specifically what you would like to obtain from the session. This meet and greet will help to answer any questions you may have and you may even take part in a specific exercise to help understand how you and the hypnotherapist can work together with hypnosis to achieve that natural, yet altered, state of mind where communication and responsiveness with the subconscious mind is present.

Hypnotherapy ~ Single Session

Following the initial assessment, in this meeting, you will experience additional exercises and address the root issue/cause of the concern or focus of intent you came to see the Hypnotherapist about. Through hypnosis, the work will begin. Depending on the issue, additional sessions may be suggested to bring about the client’s desired results. A recording to induce hypnosis at home will be included to further facilitate their continued success.

Regression/In Between Lives – Single Session

Following the initial assessment – the Hypnotherapist will then uncover exactly what information the Client looks to gain from a past life regression or the state previous to an incarnation regression. The Hypnotherapist will guide the Client safely into a relaxed state bypassing the conscious to access the subconscious or the all-knowing. While in such a deepened relaxed state, a series of questions directed specifically with the Clients’ goals in mind will help to uncover memories from a past life or to the “in between” state that is previous to being incarnated. This session can encourage one to better understand current life issues, assist in assessing and rebuilding traumatized areas, increase self-awareness, improve relationships, and increase spiritual growth.
